The material is fed evenly into the jaw crusher by vibrating feeder. This crusher is able to crush large pieces of material into small pieces, ready for the subsequent sand making process. The crushed material then enters an impact crusher, which further crushes small pieces of material into finer particles. Then, the already broken particles will be screened by the vibrating screen, which can divide the particles of different sizes into different levels. Finally, the sand washer cleans the already screened machine sand, removes impurities and slurry from it, and obtains a clean and tidy machine sand product. Through this series of steps, you can process various raw materials into high-quality machined sand.
